Сплавы

Сплавы классифицируются в зависимости от назначения и материала, из которого изготовлен режущий инструмент.

В номенклатуру входят сплавы без покрытия для обработки материалов групп Р.М.К согласно классификации ISO, сплавы с покрытием, которые обеспечивает повышенную эффективность обработки, кермет, рекомендованный для чистовой и получистовой обработки, керамика, сплавы для высокоскоростного резания из синтетического алмаза (PCD) и кубического нитрида бора (СВN).

Выбор сплава зависит от материала заготовки, режимов резания, геометрии пластины, характеристик станка и т.п.

AB30 Mixed ceramic with good toughness and wear resistance for general applications on hardened steel, other hard materials and cast iron.
AS10 Silicon Nitrite ceramic grade for high speed machining of cast iron in roughing to finishing and wet or dry conditions with high wear resistance, excellent toughness and thermal shock resistance.
AS20 Very tough Si3N4 ceramic grade with high cutting edge stability for roughing to finishing applications of high temperature nickel based alloys.
AS500 For roughing to finishing cast iron applications For higher cutting speeds compared to AS10 Wet and dry cutting Can be applied to interrupted cutting conditions Wet and dry cutting.
AW120 Excellent wear resistant grade with high chemical stability and oxidation resistance good for high speed continuous turning of cast iron without coolant and for finshing of hard materials.
CT3000 Cermet grade for turning, grooving & parting of alloy steels & stainless steels with high surface quality and long tool life due to high wear resistance and low coefficient of friction.
CT7000 Cermet grade with good toughness for machining of alloy steels, steels and stainless steels with good surface roughness.
K10 Grade with good wear resistance for general machining of cast irons, aluminum & non-ferrous materials, and heat-resistant alloy.
K20 Uncoaded CARBIDE for general turning of cast iron alloy and non-ferrous materials including aluminum alloys. Excellent wear resistant grade Achieves excellent surface finish.
KB50 Low CBN content grade for finishing of hardened steels in continuous machining.
KB90 High CBN content grade with good toughness for high speed machining of cast irons and machining of hardened steels in interrupted conditions.
KB90A Solid CBN grade with excellent impact resistance for high speed machining of cast iron and rough to medium machining of hardened steels.
KP300 PCD grade with medium size of PCD for general turning and milling of non-ferrous materials with excellent combination of wear resistance and good toughness.
P20 Uncoated turning grade for finishing of steel Achieves excellent surface finish chemical stability fracture resistance.
P30 Grade for general machining of steels and alloy steels with good chemical stability and fracture resistance.
P40 Grade for good crater wear reistance with good chemical stability in steel machining.
